LICENSE AGREEMENT

1.  LICENSE: The author (Tobias Huellmandel Software) provides you
 the software "PanoramaStudio Viewer 4",
 named "Software" in the following, which contains further
 an electronic documentation and a license file ("License.txt")
 and grants you a license for using this product in accordance with
 the following conditions.

2.  COMMERCIAL/PRIVATE USE:
 2.1 PRIVATE USE
     The private/non-commercial use of the Software,
     also on the internet, is free of charge and requires no further license.
     In addition, non-profit organizations and academic institutions also 
     do not require an additional license.

 2.2 COMMERCIAL USE
     If the software is used commercially on the Internet, a commercial
     license must be obtained after a 30-day trial at the latest.	 
     A commercial use on the Internet exists in principle, if the operator
     of the website uses this commercially, is not a private person, not a
     non-profit organization or an academic institution.
	 
     The following licenses are available:
	 
     SINGLE-DOMAIN-LICENSE
     A Single-Domain-License is valid for one website and its domain,
     as well as any existing alias domain names that refer to the same
     website.
	 
     MULTI-DOMAIN-LICENSE
     A Multi-Domain-License may be used on any number of websites,
     including third-party websites.
	 
     The number of panoramas displayed on a web page with the licensed
     software is not limited.
	 
3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS:
 3.1 You may not use this Software in a way other than allowed in this
     License.
 3.2 You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software without prior
     written permission.
 3.3 You shall not use an UNREGISTERED copy of the Software on
     a commercial website after the end of a 30-day trial
     period.	 
 3.4 Under the above licenses, it is not permitted to use the software
     for a hosting platform that allows third parties to create content
     displayed with the Software.	 
     If you are interested in a hosting license please contact
     support@tshsoft.com	 
 3.5 You may not alter, modify, adapt or translate the Software, or
     decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
 3.6 You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based
     upon the Software.

4. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF QUALITY,
   MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
   IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, COSTS OF
   PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES OR ANY SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION
   AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE AUTHOR HAVE BEEN ADVISED
